I put together this Maxpedition Gearslinger review because I recently bought one of these bags and am thoroughly impressed by the overall quality and usability. If you are looking for an ultra durable and well thought out pack, you should take a serious look at the Maxpedition products. I use mine for everything from an EDC pack, day hiking pack, single night bag, camera bag, to a range bag for my handguns, ammo and safety equipment.

SIX Different Maxpedition GearSlingers to Choose From
The Maxpedition REmoraThe Maxpedition Remora is the smallest and most compact of the Gearslinger series. It is a great CCW bag and allows room for a full sized handgun and some of your small daily necessities. The Remora will keep you light on your feet as the over all size is 9x7x5.

The Maxpedition LunadaThe Maxpedition Lunada is a step up in size from the Remora. At 12x8x5 the pack will hold a considerably larger load than the bag above. I have seen load outs on this bag an it can hold quite a bit of gear. This bag is about the size of a small hiking daypack and is big enough to fit an ipad or netbook.

The Maxpedition MalagaThe Maxpedition Malaga is a step up from the Lunada and quite a bit thicker. The great thing about this bag is that it can strap down so that it is skinny and low profile on your back or, when you need the added space you can loosen the retention straps stuff that sucker full.

The Maxpedition SitkaThe Maxpedition Sitka is my top choice in the Maxpedition Gearslinger line up. I own this bag and find that it is the perfect size for an everyday carry bag that will double as a day pack and an overnight bag. The Maxpedition fits my 15 inch Mac perfectly with all the power cords and accessories. The Sitka has a rear pocket for a hydration pouch and like all the other packs in this line, it has a concealed carry pocket.Includes

The Maxpedition KodiakThe Maxpedition Kodiak is in the full sized backpack category and is the first one mentioned that can carry a full sized laptop. This is a great pack for hiking and even for multiple night stays. It is taller than the Sitka and wider than the Malaga, this is a hefty pack.

The Maxpedition MonsoonThe Maxpedition Monsoon is the largest pack in the line up. The tear drop shape makes this bag really easy to carry and adds to the cool factor. This bridges the gap between a full sized backpack and a Gearslinger. With over 1600 cubic inches of space, there is A LOT of room in this pack.Includes
